5. Disclosure of personal information to third parties?
The personal information of riders is only disclosed to drivers who have logged on
into the Ezmoov app; in this case, they will see the name, telephone number and geographic location of
the person who booked a ride. After providing the service, the name of the rider will remain visible to
Driver for 24hours. This is necessary for drivers to resolve any issues associated with service
provision, e.g., to contact the customer if something was left behind in the ride.
We will not disclose the personal data or geographic locations of Ezmoov users to any third parties or
public authorities, except if the person requesting data has a legal basis for doing so pursuant to the
legislation of the country of location.
6. Personal information?
We will hold your personal information on our systems for as long as is necessary for the relevant
activity, or as long as is set out in any relevant contract you hold with Ezmoov.
